JAMP was my first true glimpse into medicine. It gave me as an undergraduate student, without personal or family ties to medicine, a look into not only a practicing physician's daily life but knowledge into the logistics and training that took place before he/she got there.

How has JAMP helped you as you strive to achieve your goal of becoming a doctor?
JAMP was my first true glimpse into medicine. It gave me as an undergraduate student, without personal or family ties to medicine, a look into not only a practicing physician's daily life but knowledge into the logistics and training that took place before he/she got there.

What advice would you like to offer current or future JAMP students?
Take full advantage of the opportunities and resources JAMP furnishes. They truly are unparalleled. They will make you a better medical school applicant, student, resident.

What aspect of JAMP has been most beneficial to you (e.g. scholarships, mentorship, etc.)?
The experience! I got the opportunity to take foundational and relevant college courses, had access to excellent test prep material, and enjoyed diverse physician shadowing experiences.
